Quotes and confirmation
A quote is an offer for the requested trip based on the information provided. Accepting a quote does not by itself confirm the ride. Confirmation requires the applicable driver or fleet assignment and payment step shown in the booking process.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger and contact information and for notifying OTOMOGO promptly of changes.
Drivers and fleet partners
Transportation may be provided by independent licensed drivers or fleet partners. Availability can vary by market, date, vehicle requirement and trip type.
