Eligibility
Partners are responsible for maintaining all licences, insurance, vehicle requirements, permits and legal authorizations required for the transportation they provide.
Trip acceptance
A partner should only accept a trip they can legally and reliably fulfil. Once accepted, the partner is expected to follow the confirmed pickup instructions and communicate material changes promptly.
Customer standards
Professional conduct, clean and suitable vehicles, safe driving, respectful customer treatment and protection of customer information are required.
